Service Description
CPTC Members can invite up to 3 members or non-members. Non-members can be invited up to 3 times before being a paid member. The Waiver Policy implemented in this booking covers all invited non-members as well as the active member. All 4, eastside courts can be booked for $20 per court, per hour, from 4-8pm Mon-Fri and on Sat from 8-11am until 10/31/25 (club courts closure).

NO REFUNDS ARE OFFERED AFTER PURCHASING THIS RENTAL. YOU CAN CANCEL YOUR RENTAL UP TO ONE-HOUR BEFORE AND RESCHEDULE FOR A FUTURE DATE AVAILABLE. YOU AND YOUR NON-MEMBER GUESTS AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING WAIVER & RELEASE STATEMENT THAT WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU IN YOUR RECEIPT... This waiver and release applies to members and or non-members attending any Chicago Prairie Tennis Club Events, Court Rentals or Drop-In Tennis Classes. A membership must be paid to Chicago Prairie Tennis Club after 3 (three) visits for any non-members. Members or non-members, agree to abide by the rules and regulations of CPTC. While participating in court rentals at the Lake Meadows Tennis Center as a member or non-member, I assume all risks, regardless of severity, associated with or resulting from my participation including, but not limited to, injuries, damages and losses of any type or nature, all such risks to myself being known and appreciated by me. I hereby release, waive, indemnify, defend and hold harmless Chicago Prairie Tennis Club, Lake Meadows Tennis Center, Fernwood Property Management LLC; Lake Meadows Holdings, LLC; Lake Meadows Buildings, LLC; Lake Meadows Buildings Investors, LLC; Apartment Shared Services LLC, and their principals, directors, officers, directors, partners, agents, contractors and employees from any and all claims, causes of action, damages and losses (including, without limitation, death or personal injury) resulting from or in any way related to my participation at the Lake Meadows Tennis Center or any special events at any third-party facilities where CPTC host. Further, I hereby grant full permission to any and all of the foregoing to use any photographs, recordings or any other record of this event for any legitimate purpose, including advertising. I HAVE READ AND FULLY UNDERSTAND THE WAIVER AND RELEASE OF ALL CLAIMS SET FORTH ABOVE.
